We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns in accordance with the following policy:

Return Policy

- Returns: All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
- Condition of Return: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging and label intact.

Return Process

To return an item, please send an email to info@groeneberg.com with your name and order number. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect its condition and process your return. Please allow seven (7) business days for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your payment provider. You'll be notified by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Used items or items that are not in their original condition.
- Items that are damaged due to customer error (e.g., misuse or improper handling).
