- Payment Methods: We accept payments via iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.
- Pricing: All prices are inclusive of VAT and include free shipping within the Netherlands. For shipments outside the Netherlands, shipping fees will be calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination (Belgium, France, Germany).
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Netherlands: Orders placed before 17:00 will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 17:00 will be delivered the day after (unless it's a Sunday).
- Belgium, France, and Germany: We offer 2-3 business day delivery, with shipping fees calculated at checkout.
- Shipping Provider: We work with PostNL for delivery. Please note that during busy times (such as holidays), deliveries may experience slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns in accordance with the following policy:
Return Policy
- Returns: All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
- Condition of Return: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging and label intact.

Refunds
